Customer Setup Guide
This guide is for a business that has purchased the hosted AI receptionist.
Step 1: Send complete business facts
Provide your business name, website, phone number, service area, hours, services, excluded jobs or items, pricing rules, and approved FAQ answers. The assistant should only use information you approve.
Step 2: Review the test widget
Test ordinary requests, unsupported requests, after-hours questions, pricing questions, hazardous items, and out-of-area ZIP codes. Report any response that needs adjustment before publishing.
Step 3: Add the embed code
Paste the provided iframe snippet into a Custom HTML block in WordPress or the equivalent embed/code element in your website builder. Publish and test on desktop and mobile.
Step 4: Confirm lead delivery
Submit a test lead, check the configured inbox, and verify that the lead appears in the hosted WordPress dashboard. Configure reliable SMTP email delivery on the host site.
Step 5: Monitor and improve
Review the first real inquiries. Update FAQs and business rules when customers repeatedly ask something the assistant cannot answer.
